Amazing service, received (UK) within a few days of ordering. I haven’t checked the items yet as they are so well wrapped and I didn’t want to ruin the packaging. They are for a gift for a friend who’s birthday isn’t until 20th April. She saw the hobnail jug in a local shop but they didn’t have the glasses to match so I ordered the set direct from Klimchi. So happy! I used to have 2 of these beautiful crystal jugs! On May 31st when cleaning up the mess after a nice late dinner party I broke one of them when I let it slip out of my hands. Immediately after cleaning up I started to search on the internet and the only exactly the same jug I found was on your site. At first I was a bit reluctant as I have never bought anything out of Czeck Republic, the amount was in GBP and no shipment costs were charged........ so wondered would this be safe? But the site looked good and trust worthy, so took the chance and placed the order. Shame on me, sorry for that Lukas!
