Bohemian crystal is best known for its sparkling clarity and has been a sought-after commodity for centuries. Since the foundation of our factory in 1905, we have refined the glassmaking process to achieve the highest quality of glass products using the original techniques of mouth-blowing and hand-shaping.

We use sodium-potassium crystal glass with colour additives. Glass in our factory is famous for its clarity and brilliance. We add colours to the furnace pots during the melting process. Pot colours represent the highest grade of coloured glass. All our glass is lead-free and 100% safe for your health and the environment.

Yes. Our glassware is dishwasher safe but the washing programme shall not exceed temperatures of 40°C. We recommend washing KLIMCHI glassware in hand using warm water and mild detergent to increase the longevity of the products.

Please note, that gold applied to our glass can be sensitive to certain cleaning agents and methods. Never place glassware with gold accents in a dishwasher.

All our products undergo rigorous independent testing at IKATES s.r.o. accredited testing laboratory (accredited by the Czech Accreditation Institute - CAI), ensuring they comply with Czech, European and international standards.

Currently, we ship directly from our factory to all European countries, USA and Canada. Shipping costs are indicated on the checkout page.

It depends on your delivery destination. We ensure that for most of our main markets, there are no unexpected fees upon delivery:

• UK & EU Orders: All duties and taxes are fully covered. You will not have to pay any additional customs charges when your order arrives.
• USA, Canada & Switzerland Orders: All applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected directly at checkout. No further customs fees or taxes will be requested upon delivery.
• Other International Destinations: Orders shipped to other countries may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

For packages destined for the UK, US, Canada, and other countries outside of Europe, we utilize FedEx as our courier service. For European packages, you can expect a different courier service such as GLS.

After the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, we cannot guarantee a change of address. Most shipping companies have a defined delivery process, and changing the address after pickup can be difficult or even impossible.
