Care guide

wash by hand
Hand washing is the kindest way to care for your glass. Use lukewarm water and avoid thermal extremes to protect the structure from cracking.
Opt for a gentle dish soap and a soft sponge; never use wire brushes or abrasive surfaces. Finish by drying with a lint-free cloth or letting the piece air dry naturally.

Dishwasher safe
Yes, our glassware is dishwasher-friendly, provided it is handled with care. To protect your pieces, follow these two essential rules:
- Keep it cool: Select a gentle cycle (maximum 40°C).
- Mind the transition: Avoid moving hot glass directly to a cold surface. Gradual cooling is key to preventing damage.

Limescale marks
Water marks or floral residue? No need to worry.
Fill the vase with lukewarm, soapy water and allow it to soak. If the stains are out of reach, add a handful of raw rice and swirl gently. The grains act as a natural, non-abrasive scrubber to restore clarity without a single scratch.

Long-term care and shine
To refresh a piece that has been on display, a simple dust-down is all it needs. Reach for a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth to lift away dust and restore the glass's natural brilliance - leaving it perfectly clear and streak-free.
Frequently Asked Questions
To ensure a clean burn and a lasting scent, follow these essential steps:
- Create a full melt pool: On the first light, allow the candle to burn until the wax melts completely across the surface to the edges (usually 2–3 hours). This prevents "tunnelling" around the wick.
- Trim the wick: Before every light, remove the charred tip of the wick. Simply pinch it off or use a wick trimmer. A clean wick ensures a steady, smoke-free flame.
- Let it rest: Avoid burning for more than 3 hours at a time. Allow the wax to cool for at least 2 hours between uses to maximise the candle’s lifespan.
We recommend storing your glass in a space with a constant temperature. Avoid stacking glasses or bowls inside one another, as this can lead to surface scratches or pieces becoming "stuck" together. Where possible, leave enough room between items to ensure they don’t knock against each other during handling.
Unfortunately not. Our products are hand-blown from crystal glass, which is not heat-resistant. The glass is highly sensitive to sudden temperature shifts, and hot liquids could cause it to crack instantly. For hot beverages, we recommend using only glassware specifically designed for high temperatures.
The vibrant hues of our glassware will never wash away or fade. Each shade is integrated directly into the glass sand before melting - a traditional technique passed down through generations. This ensures the colour is part of the glass itself, remaining as vivid as the day it was made.
