KLIMCHI x BOLESLAVOVA 3
Boleslavova 3 is not only an address in Prague but also a boutique residential project. It offers unique residences with views of Fidlovačka Park and the Nusle Valley. The project is spearheaded by Castle Rock, a boutique investment company, but the task of breathing new life into the building was entrusted to a duo of young architects from Plus One Architects, Kateřina Průchová and Petra Ciencialová.
"We wanted to fully utilize the building's potential with a delicate, yet significant expression so that the house would retain its atmosphere after the necessary reconstruction and evoke positive emotions in every visitor. At the same time, we wanted to design living standards that fulfil the vision of life in the 21st century, creating distinctive, contemporary urban living," summarize the architects about their intentions.
Residence Boleslavova 3 offers a total of 15 housing units in 6 types, and each has been given a female name, reflecting the project's feminine spirit.
Our glassware was selected for the Alex apartment, a spacious flat outfitted by Plus One Architects. It represents the best of current Czech and Slovak design, including, among others, the Ode to Fourteen chair by Jiří Krejčiřík and the Seaside Sofa by Lexová&Smetana, designed exclusively for the Polstrin brand.
