The elegant tapered handle gives a comfortable grip on the jug, while the hand-shaped ice lip restrains wayward ice cubes and its refined opening allows easy cleaning.

Hobnail is a traditional glassmaking motif with a deep-rooted history. KLIMCHI reimagines this classic in contemporary silhouettes and over 30 vibrant colourways. The original hobnail jug was first crafted over a century ago in our family glassworks in Kamenický Šenov, where we continue to mouth-blow every piece to this day.

I purchased 6 pitchers at the shop in the W Hotel in Prague. I got to meet the owner and he explained how the company was founded and how passionate they are about the quality of their product. I was sold! I love my pastel set of pitchers which I will use for my Easter tables. So nice to have something representative of the great country, the Czech Republic.
A beautiful item that is crafted so it looks more like a piece of jewelry than a functional water jug. Heavy and sturdy. Gorgeous colour . I will be ordering the mystery coloured hobnob glasses in the future. So glad I splurged on something this special. It’s an Instant heirloom!

The beryl colour is a lovely fresh vibrant green and along with the hobnail effect on light passing through the jug it is lovely to look at and use.
