UNIQUE DESIGN
Hobnail is a traditional glassmaking motif with a deep-rooted history. KLIMCHI reimagines this classic in contemporary silhouettes and over 30 vibrant colourways. The original hobnail jug was first crafted over a century ago in our family glassworks in Kamenický Šenov, where we continue to mouth-blow every piece to this day.

I use my Klimchi jug as a vase for fresh flowers and I am just obsessed with it! I love the elegance and the light that the jug-vase brings <3
Store owner replied: Thank you so much, Amandine! It looks beautiful as a vase too – love that you found your own way to enjoy it.
I have purchased from Klimchi before and have always appreciated their beautiful designs, which is why I felt confident placing another order despite the international shipping costs. Unfortunately, this time my jug arrived with a small black particle embedded in the glass and a sharp imperfection on the handle. While I understand that handmade glass may have natural variations, I contacted Klimchi by email and also submitted a complaint through their website to seek clarification and assistance. To date, I have received no response at all. As an international customer who paid significant overseas shipping charges, I expected at least an acknowledgement of my enquiry. Instead, I received an automated email asking me to leave a review before receiving any reply regarding my concern. The product itself is beautiful, but the lack of customer service and communication has been very disappointing. This keeps the review measured, factual, and difficult to dismiss as unreasonable.
Store owner replied: Hi Leila, thank you for your honest and detailed feedback, and we're truly sorry for the experience you had — both with the imperfection in the jug and the delay in hearing from us. That's not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate your patience.
I fell in love, it's just very beautiful! I want another color one.
Store owner replied: Dear Iryna, Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you're in love with our piece. We can't wait to see which colour you'll fall for next! 💎

We absolutely love the jug! It’s so beautifully made and the order and delivery process was so easy. Thank you !
So happy! I used to have 2 of these beautiful crystal jugs! On May 31st when cleaning up the mess after a nice late dinner party I broke one of them when I let it slip out of my hands. Immediately after cleaning up I started to search on the internet and the only exactly the same jug I found was on your site. At first I was a bit reluctant as I have never bought anything out of Czeck Republic, the amount was in GBP and no shipment costs were charged........ so wondered would this be safe? But the site looked good and trust worthy, so took the chance and placed the order. Shame on me, sorry for that Lukas! Immediately after placing the order I received the confirmation and the invoice. And 3 days later I received a perfectly wrapped new jug! Thanks a lot!! And big compliments for quick and professional handling!! I'll keep your site in my address book for sure!
