We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are indicated on the checkout page. We have a Free shipping rate policy for all EU and UK orders over £40 and €45 respectively.
Once your order has been dispatched, it usually takes 4-6 working days to arrive at your doorsteps in the UK, 2-3 working days in the EU, and 7-10 working days in the US. We also offer priority shipping with guaranteed 1-2 working days delivery to all countries. You can track your order using the details provided in the dispatch confirmation email.
We always try to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we’re happy to assist. We extend our standard return policy for a full refund from 14 to 30 days. Please review our return policy for details.

Handmade glass may contain bubbles and shades may vary due to the manufacturing process. Any minor imperfections are evidences of its handmade nature.
