8 – 12 October, Queen Anne’s Summer Palace

The Czech design glass studio KLIMCHI will present its installation The Liquid at Prague’s Designblok, created by designer Aleš Boem. The work responds to this year’s main festival theme — Courage. Here, courage is not expressed as a grand gesture, but as the ability to slow down, breathe, and return to the essence of life.

The installation interweaves the movement of water and the transparency of glass with everyday rituals and the passage of time, offering visitors a space to reflect on the beauty of ordinary moments.

The Liquid will also serve as the stage for the public debut of two new KLIMCHI collections — Liquid Glass, inspired by the fluidity and malleability of water, and Heirloom, which reimagines traditional Czech glass pitchers in a contemporary form and ergonomics.

The installation will be on view in the High Craft section at Queen Anne’s Summer Palace at Prague Castle.
